BLAINE RUSS. P.E., CAP®

Blaine Russ is the founder and principal engineer of Parish Controls. He grew up around control systems—his father was a Professional Engineer specializing in automation—which sparked a lifelong interest in technology, automation, and the possibilities that engineering advancements make possible. From an early age, Blaine was drawn to how systems work and how new technologies can be applied to solve real-world problems.

Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Control Systems Engineering and Electrical & Computer Engineering, a Licensed Electrical Contractor, and an ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP®).

During college, Blaine developed a strong desire to create his own engineering firm—one where he could build a desirable working environment, compensate employees well, and deliver engineering solutions with care. That vision became Parish Controls.

Today, Blaine leads Parish Controls in fulfilling its mission: to provide expert, reliable engineering solutions crafted with care to ensure our clients’ success.
